Dingir

This is the page where I will try to lay out uniform guidelines for formatting the site and editing pages. Dingir is the usergroup that needs to be assigned to an account to allow it to generally modify the wiki.

Overview

The first thing to do if you're not sure how to format a page or page element is to look at the source of another page that does the thing you want or something similar. From here you can just tweak the source to fit the new page. This is a good way to add new species pages. Cubaris sp. "Nospecies" is a template that exists for this purpose. Copying the source from an actual Wikipedia page often isn't compatible if it's not plain text, as Wikipedia relies on many custom plugins and templates that are not functional here.
